Description This role is responsible for driving exceptional client experiences while supporting Brock & Scott’s strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to strengthen long-term relationships, optimize service delivery, and advance B&S’s technology-enabled value proposition in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain metrics to measure, track, and continuously improve client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to align ongoing client strategies with B&S’s technology-enabled service offerings to expand and strengthen existing client relationships.

Develop, document, and implement scalable best practices for client onboarding, integration, and operational workflows.

Act as a steward of B&S’s evolving value proposition, ensuring consistency and clarity across client engagements.

Partner with operations managers to ensure timely delivery of feedback related to client experience, performance, and value realization.

Proactively triage and resolve client issues and concerns to maintain strong, trusted relationships.

Serve as a champion of change management, supporting organizational initiatives and strategic direction.

Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external partners to enhance the client experience and exceed customer expectations.

Position Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

5+ years of Client Success experience within revenue cycle management, consumer engagement, and/or practice management technology-enabled service solutions.

Demonstrated ability to independently and collaboratively lead the development and execution of client-driven business development strategies.

Proven experience working with and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) with both clients and legal stakeholders.

Strong relationship‑building, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
