What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver and continuously improve key processes to ensure smooth and efficient Crypto product operations
Manage projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with various internal teams
Facilitate effective communication across multiple partners, including internal stakeholders and external vendors
Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and scale processes within the Crypto Operations team
Support compliance with regulatory standards and ensure accurate reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in crypto operations, brokerage operations, or fintech
General interest in crypto and its applications, with a willingness to learn
Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborative environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in crypto operations, trading, or related fields is a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of work
Curiosity and a commitment to expanding knowledge and competencies
Experience in compliance-related roles or understanding of regulatory standards
