What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs

Match the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales

Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers

Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales-related role within the insurance industry

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Strong typing capabilities and proficiency in PC applications

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
