What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Represent the employer brand and connect customers to suitable products

Maintain a professional workspace for remote work and meet technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales

Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers

Solid analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

2-3 years of sales experience preferred

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
