What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
Build a robust sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
Sell Genius® POS and software solutions to various business sectors
Collaborate closely with a District Manager to identify opportunities and close deals
Track sales activities accurately using Atlas and Salesforce CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
Must reside within the area of the job posting
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to exceed sales quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in field sales within the fintech or merchant services industries
Comfort with in-person and video presentations to clients
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
A track record of building lasting relationships with clients
