What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations within the assigned territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop local strategies and business plans in collaboration with sales leadership to achieve high‑performing sales
Leverage knowledge of the primary care marketplace to manage business opportunities and challenges effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders is advantageous
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools is preferred
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes within the biotech/pharma industry is a plus
