
We're looking for a Founding BDR to accelerate our enterprise sales motion. This is a pivotal role, suited for someone who enjoys scaling companies from 0—>1 and someone aspiring to grow with the company as the Head of Sales. You’ll wear multiple hats—building an outbound funnel, conducting demos, and closing negotiations and deals. This is an opportunity to shape our sales strategy and land high-profile customers at a fast-growing startup.
What You’ll Do
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
Use modern sales tech tools to automate and scale outreach
Collaborate with AEs and founders to build demos and contract structures
Refine outreach messaging to increase response rates and brand resonance
Support marketing and GTM in organizing community events with Marketing and Growth leaders
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
Who You Are
Proactive, disciplined and Energized by outbound prospecting and building early-stage pipeline
Highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at crafting compelling messages and starting conversations with senior stakeholders
Experience selling to or working with marketing, growth, or product teams is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
