What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Offer additional products and services to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

High school diploma or GED

Open availability for a seasonal position

Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
