What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

High school diploma or GED

Open availability for a seasonal position

Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
