Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers Answer questions regarding pest control services and close sales over the phone Build rapport and handle objections during customer interactions Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify cross-selling opportunities Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment Verification of internet speed and completion of a Culture Index assessment Ability to work in a high-volume role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
