What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Hire, lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists in the assigned district

Drive strong and consistent sales performance to exceed product goals

Collaborate with alliance partners to ensure transparency and cooperation

Develop physician/customer clinical experts within a regional scope

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical products

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred

Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience

At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets

Strong understanding of the Payer environment and challenges within healthcare systems

Ability to travel extensively within local and regional areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the Dermatology market

Proven success as a District Sales Manager in complex markets

Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
