What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists within the assigned district
Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds product goals and expectations
Collaborate with alliance partners to foster cooperation and transparency
Develop physician/customer clinical experts on a regional level
Manage compliance with all policies and procedures governing product promotion
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus
Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable biologic markets
Strong understanding of the payer environment and challenges in healthcare systems
Ability to travel extensively within the local and regional areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the Dermatology market is preferred
Proven success in managing performance in complex market environments
Previous experience developing clinical experts within a regional scope
