Lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists within the assigned district Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds forecasts and product goals Collaborate with alliance partners to promote transparency and cooperation Develop physician/customer clinical experts within the regional scope Manage compliance with all policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical promotions What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable biologic markets Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement challenges Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
