Hire, lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists in the assigned district. Ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds product goals. Collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners for transparency and cooperation. Develop physician/customer clinical experts within a regional scope. Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies governing pharmaceutical promotion. What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience. At least 3 years of sales leadership/management in office‑based, sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable biologic markets. Strong understanding of payer environments and reimbursement challenges. Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the Dermatology market. Advanced degree focused on science or clinical experience. Proven success in complex markets and systems.
