What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Hire, lead, develop, and retain Dermatology Medical Specialists within the assigned district
Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds product goals and drives accountability
Collaborate with alliance partners to ensure transparency and cooperation
Develop and retain key personnel to facilitate growth in the commercial organization
Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus
Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
At least 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office‑based, sub‑cutaneous self‑injectable biologic markets
Strong understanding of the payer environment and challenges within healthcare systems
Proven ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts in a regional scope
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the Dermatology market
Successful leadership record of hiring, coaching, and developing top talent
Proven success in complex markets and systems
Ability to partner and collaborate with internal field teams
Strong track record of integrity and performance as a District Sales Manager
