What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Optimize workflows and establish processes to efficiently manage team workload

Support customer pricing activities, including submitting and updating price requests

Manage sample orders and ensure timely communication of status updates

Assist with lead management and monitor distribution of leads to appropriate owners

Coordinate with marketing to expedite requests for customized and standard marketing collateral

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience supporting or working within a sales organization

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to maintain positive cross‑functional relationships

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Direct experience as part of a sales team or providing administrative support for sales or commercial teams

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
