What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment

2-4 years of experience leading a remote team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a high-volume role

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

Experience with coaching and performance management in a sales environment
