Provide high-level customer service throughout the patient onboarding process for the Omnipod device Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions Utilize data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact Address customer inquiries about Omnipod, providing tailored communications and solutions Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure patient needs are met What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree 0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
