What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct inbound telesales to generate sales from small‑to‑medium business customers

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting bundled products and services

Utilize product knowledge to provide optimal solutions for clients

Maintain accurate Client Relationship Management (CRM) software records

Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience throughout the sales process

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and technical product knowledge

Ability to manage longer sales cycles and funnel management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with fiber and advanced voice technology

CRM pipeline management experience

Mobile sales experience

Proven track record of high close ratios and revenue generation

Ability to adapt quickly to change and learn new products
