What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate sales from inbound calls and follow up with potential customers to sell Business Services products to small and mid-size businesses

Maintain and update Client Relationship Management (CRM) software daily

Deliver best-in-class customer experience while promoting bundled products and solutions

Identify areas for improvement through a consultative sales process to meet customer communication needs

Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management

Ability to manage longer sales cycles and demonstrate product knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in mobile sales and advanced voice technologies

Familiarity with fiber services and business communications solutions

Proven ability to deliver consistently high close ratios and exceed sales quotas
