What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary business analyst and process architect for the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
Lead end-to-end process mapping and documentation initiatives to optimize commercial operations
Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales process training content
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce.com applications relevant to Pelvic Health
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Experience in process mapping and process improvement methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences industries
Knowledge of sales enablement platforms and commercial readiness
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
