What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary business analyst and process architect for the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
Optimize commercial processes and workflows using Salesforce.com and other business systems
Lead end-to-end process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations
Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement sales process training content
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system solutions
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Proven experience in process mapping and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
Familiarity with Health Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud within Salesforce.com
Experience with commercial readiness and sales enablement platforms
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
