What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the key Commercial Process & enablement analyst within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
Lead end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations
Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring successful on-time delivery of key initiatives
Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver Sales Process training content
Support the evolution of sales methodologies and field productivity tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Hands‑on experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and related applications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or a complex commercial organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or CRM support/BA roles
Demonstrated experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
Experience working closely with IT, developers, and field teams on CRM-based transformations
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
