What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the key Commercial Process and enablement analyst within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
Lead end‑to‑end process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations
Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring successful on‑time delivery of key initiatives
Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver Sales Process training content and tool utilization strategies
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com applications related to Pelvic Health
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions
Experience in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
Experience with Health Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
Familiarity with commercial readiness and sales enablement platforms
