What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the key Commercial Process and enablement analyst within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit

Lead end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations

Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring visibility and timely delivery of key initiatives

Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver Sales Process training content

Support the evolution of sales methodologies and performance insights to enhance commercial effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions

Demonstrated experience with process mapping, documentation, and improvement methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Degree in Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or CRM support/BA roles

Experience working closely with IT and developers on CRM-based transformations

Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP

Experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or a complex commercial organization
