What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary business analyst and process architect for commercial operations within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit
Optimize commercial processes and workflows by translating business needs into scalable solutions
Lead end-to-end process mapping and documentation initiatives across various commercial teams
Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives
Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective sales process training content
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Demonstrated experience with process mapping and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related fields
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com, including Health Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen
Familiarity with commercial readiness and sales enablement platforms
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP
