What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead an overlay sales team to drive channel revenue growth and acquire new customers within existing firms
Achieve new sales quotas and drive online revenue growth in partnership with Client Management associates
Hire and train qualified employees, maintaining a strong sales bench for territory coverage
Provide performance coaching and training to direct reports to meet and exceed sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and maintain customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace
Background in legal services or law firm operations with knowledge of transactional practice groups
Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of sales success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with coaching sales processes and professional development
Ability to use financial tools for planning and productivity improvement
Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven ability to establish effective relationships with employees and customers
