What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead an overlay sales team to drive channel revenue growth through new customer acquisition

Execute sales strategy focused on AI products for transactional attorneys within large law firms

Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives

Maintain monthly reports on pipeline activity, sales involvement, and employee performance

Foster positive relationships with customers and assist in resolving escalation issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred

5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience

Background in legal services or law firm operations, with knowledge of transactional practice groups

Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector

Excellent communication and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in coaching sales processes and product training

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage overall performance effectively

Familiarity with law firm business models, including partnership structures and billing models

Proven ability to utilize financial tools for planning and forecasting

Adaptability in a changing environment with a track record of sales success
