What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead an overlay sales team to achieve new sales quotas and drive revenue growth
Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure all territories are fully staffed
Provide coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage team performance and maintain reports on pipeline activity and employee performance
Collaborate with various internal teams to optimize sales attainment and customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four‑year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven leadership skills with a track record of sales success in a changing environment
Ability to utilize financial tools for planning and forecasting
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with coaching sales processes and professional development
