Job Responsibilities:
Lead an overlay sales team to drive channel revenue growth by acquiring new customers within existing firms
Achieve new sales quotas and drive online revenue growth through effective partnership with Client Management associates
Recruit and hire qualified employees to maintain a skilled sales team
Provide coaching and performance management to Senior Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and revenue growth
Qualifications:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace
Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of sales success
Familiarity with financial tools for planning and productivity improvement
Effective coaching abilities and experience in managing overall performance
Understanding of law firm business models and partnership structures
Strong negotiation skills to reach outcomes that satisfy all parties
