What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage an overlay sales team to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers within existing firms

Achieve sales quotas and drive online revenue growth in partnership with Client Management associates

Recruit and hire qualified sales employees while maintaining a strong sales candidate bench

Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and ensure positive customer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):

Four‑year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred

5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace

Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups

Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven track record of sales success with excellent leadership skills

Experience with coaching sales processes and product training

Ability to utilize financial tools for planning and productivity improvement

Strong understanding of law firm business models and dynamics

Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with employees and customers
