What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, solutions-focused support.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and ensure seamless order processing.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to evaluate customer needs and identify appropriate product solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Support.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns with empathy and resourcefulness.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of inside sales or sales support experience, ideally in IT or data center environments.
Strong communication skills across teams and customer groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks independently.
