Join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate at Home Depot! In this role, you'll provide fast and friendly service by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer assistance.
Your journey starts with learning about our products through our training tools, enabling you to sell complete projects effectively. You'll develop skills to greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales with every customer in your department, as well as assist with basics in adjacent departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring a clean, shop-able, and safe environment.
Working cooperatively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates.
Following all safety policies and standards, completing safety training, correcting hazards, and reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
You will have the opportunity to work in exciting store departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
The specific roles available include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
