What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead an overlay sales team to achieve new sales quotas and drive revenue growth in transactional practices
Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure all territories are adequately staffed
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
Manage team performance by maintaining monthly reports on pipeline activity and employee performance
Foster relationships with customers and address any escalation issues to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four‑year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
Strong leadership skills with a track record of sales success and effective coaching abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with coaching sales processes and professional development
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal partners
Familiarity with law firm structures, billing models, and practice group dynamics
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate through verbal, written, and presentation skills
