
Total Rewards Manager
Location: Spring Grove (Onsite)

Pay: $100,000–$122,000 base + Bonus

Job Description The Total Rewards Manager will lead the strategy, development, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role serves as a key partner to HR and leadership, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with workforce planning needs. The position is highly analytical and heavily focused on compensation strategy, executive rewards structures, and succession planning support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, evaluate, and benchmark compensation and total rewards programs to maintain market competitiveness
Lead annual compensation cycles including merit planning, incentive administration, and salary analysis
Provide subject matter expertise in executive compensation programs such as ownership plans, profit sharing, and incentive structures
Oversee administration of health, wellness, retirement, and insurance benefit programs
Manage annual open enrollment processes and vendor relationships
Administer HRIS modules related to benefits, compliance tracking, and total rewards reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, etc.)
Support succession planning initiatives tied to workforce retirement trends
Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work planning
Partner cross-functionally with HR, payroll, finance, and operations teams
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with strong emphasis on compensation
Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program design
Knowledge of executive rewards structures including ownership and incentive programs
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience supporting large hourly or manufacturing workforces
Preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or compensation management systems
Professional certifications in compensation or benefits (CCP, CEBS, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
