Drive market share growth across the Northeast public sector territory, including major cities and state governments Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in the public sector and education markets Navigate and close deals utilizing state and local cooperative contracts and the formal RFP/RFQ process Identify and qualify new opportunities within the competitive SLED market Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit quotas for a complex multi‑state portfolio What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in SLED procurement and understanding of cooperative contracts Experience selling to the education sector, particularly large public universities and K‑12 districts Ability to manage complex public sector accounts across multiple states Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with C‑level executives Proficient in using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and forecasting How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with state‑specific contract vehicles and funding mechanisms Experience with federal grants and capital improvement budgets in the SLED space Strong cross‑functional influence and relationship‑building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy and dedication Willingness to travel frequently to manage the assigned territory We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
