What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Enter customer data accurately into the SalesForce system to ensure high-level service
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and showcase service benefits
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly in telecommunications
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
