Job Responsibilities
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to present communication packages to potential business customers
Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of services
Problem-solve and find solutions for business customers to encourage commitment
Qualifications
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship building
Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a sales-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
