Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs

Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system

Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of services

Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

Qualifications:

A proactive approach to customer interactions

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales

Three to six months of related experience and/or training

Associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Familiarity with telecommunications products and services

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Knowledge of SalesForce or similar CRM systems

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or goals
