What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Proactive problem‑solving skills to encourage customer commitment
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Preferred educational background: Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or customer service role in a telecommunications setting
Strong familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
