What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use expertise in products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Educational background: Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in telecommunications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated commitment to community support and involvement
