What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer interactions and problem‑solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer relationship management
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
