What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and highlight the benefits of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage customers in conversation and close sales effectively
Proactive approach to customer interactions and problem-solving
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
