What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Use product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services

Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customers to commit to services

What is Required (Qualifications):

A proactive approach to customer engagement

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality

3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training

An Associate's degree or higher is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Familiarity with telecommunications products and services

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer objections

Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
