What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Solve problems and encourage commitment from customers when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Proactive approach in problem‑solving and customer engagement
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
