What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to encourage customers to commit to services
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to direct conversations and close sales
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or sales-oriented roles
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
