What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to problem-solving and encouraging customer commitment
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
An Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales environments
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
