What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and find solutions for business customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
An Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer service
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
