What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Maintain accurate customer data in the SalesForce system to provide high-level customer service
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer interactions and sales
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to guide conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate's degree or higher
Strong commitment to customer service and community support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
