What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in products to assist customers with questions and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in telecommunications sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to community service and support
